About Us

“How Can We Help You”....

The corner stone of our philosophy is that our organisation will grow through focusing upon and helping others whether that’s helping a Manufacturer with some of our commercial products, or helping in your Communities

Partners with Industry has been setup to help Industry with their Automated and Traditional Machinery/Processes, through Solving problems, Increasing Efficiency and Reducing Costs. This is done by providing specialist solutions, support and training. However Partners with Industry is unique in that it has been created with a difference, we are a Social Enterprise which means by using our products and services we will be able to develop Skills, Opportunities and Aspirations a within the Community, which will in turn benefit Industry with more Skilled Employees.

While some sectors within the UK are struggling to create jobs in today’s turbulent climate, many engineering and manufacturing companies are still finding it difficult to find suitable people to fill positions, therefore we have chosen an to focus upon developing Automation Based Skills within the community first.

What is a Community Interest Company?

Partners With Industry Is a Social Enterprise legally Registered as a Community Interest Company (No.13115278) which is Limited by Guarantee.

A community interest company (CIC) is a type of company, designed for social enterprises that want to use their profits and assets for the public good. What is a Social Enterprise?

A social enterprise is a business with mainly social objectives whose surpluses are reinvested for that purpose in the business or in the community, rather than to maximise profit for shareholders and owners. Social enterprises tackle a wide range of social and environmental issues and operate in all parts of the economy. By using business solutions to achieve public good, the Government believes that social enterprises have a distinct and valuable role to play in helping create a strong, sustainable and socially inclusive economy

Why a Social Enterprise?

The Founder of Partners With Industry Richard Pugh developed the concept of the Organisation from his own experience and from working with others. He is upset and deeply concerned by the fact that some of our most gifted and talented individuals in society still find it difficult to get into the Workplace, however they can contribute so much especially regarding developing Coding for Machines, PLC Controls and Robot Programming.

Therefore one of the key objectives for Partners with Industry is to help people in the community realise the skills potential they didn't think they had, then develop those skills so that they can both Personally and the Industries they go to work in can Benefit.

Richard is also proud to become a New Voice of Innovation for The Innovation Alliance for the West Midlands and is part of their Innovation Tracker
